- 0 to 2 years
- A small soft brush, and a rice-grain amount of fluoride toothpaste.
- 3 to 6 years
- A pea-sized amount of toothpaste, with an adult supervising, morning and night.
- 6 to 12 years
- Adult teeth arrive: we watch the molars and talk about sealants.
The first visit
We recommend a first visit around age 1, or when the first teeth appear. It's a short visit, mostly so your child gets to know the clinic.
Preparing for the visit
Talk about the visit in a positive way and avoid words like "needle" or "hurt". Our team takes care of the rest.
Good to know
The clinic has not been affiliated with the RAMQ since 2005. Exception: the recall exam for children under 10, at $30.
